Centrifugal casting utilizes high G-forces generated by a rotating mold. This force drives impurities, gas pockets, and slag toward the center, leaving a dense, defect-free outer wall. It is the premier method for manufacturing bronze bushings and cylindrical components requiring extreme wear resistance.

Sand casting is ideal for components with complex internal pathways, massive structures, or engine frames where steel mold costs are prohibitive. It accommodates virtually any alloy weight and offers low initial tooling overhead for low-volume or prototype runs.

Gravity die casting uses permanent steel tools, yielding a very smooth surface texture and precise dimensional compliance. The metallic mold draws heat away rapidly, resulting in fine crystallization and superior mechanical values. It is highly suited for high-volume automotive and hardware parts.

We process DIN, EN, and ASTM compliance specifications. Major alloys include tin bronzes (CuSn10, CuSn12), red brass, yellow brasses, aluminum grades (Etial series), grey cast iron (GG25), and ductile sfero cast iron (GGG40/50/60).
